Our unique end-effectors offer a cheaper and easier solution compared to their counterparts.

The grippers are designed with versatility in mind, the majority of the individual pieces are all identical, only a few separate pieces change to create different variations in the 'Gripping Range'. This allows use to easily produce and alter parts if needed.

The majority of the parts are 3D Printed using special hybrid materials that contain Carbon Fiber, this gives the units a perfect balance between cost, strength and weight.

The fun doesn't stop there though, even though we have a 'Standard' range, their design allows us to easily tailor-make the gripper to more bespoke requirements, and being 3D Printed, you are not limited to costly machining with Metal and the long production times that come with it.

Quick Release Unit

Quick-Release Unit

Our quick release unit is made from the same material and design techniques as the Grippers.

It can fit a wide range of grippers, including ours. The Ø50mm PCD is a commonly used setup when making grippers, as this is the common PCD for a wide range of robots.

The Design can be reconfigured in a few different ways;

  • With Pneumatic & Electrical Bypasses.
  • With Pneumatic Bypasses & Without Electrical Bypasses.
  • Without Pneumatic Bypasses & With Electrical Bypasses.
  • No Bypasses if using external power sources.

The modular design allows you to have multiple End-Effectors on the bottom half, then you can simply slide one out and another in when changing over.

Similarly to the grippers, this unit is 3D Printed, again, allowing a cheaper, quicker and lighter production compared to their metal counterparts.

Additionally, if you already have a unit and wish to add bypasses at a later date, get in touch!
