This Dual Lane Scroll Denester offers more unit/min than its single lane cousin and has the facility to handle very large trays. It also features automatic adjustment via a HMI screen for easy changeovers!

This Servo-Driven Denester with Pneumatic picking is a versatile machine, it's quick release tooling head allows quick and easy changeovers to keep your production running.

The Pickhead Families!
Our Single Pick-and-Place Denester has a variety of different pickheads to suit various trays of all shapes and sizes. And don't worry, if any of these don't suit your tray, we can design and prototype one for you!
All pickhead configurations consist of identical Vacuum Cups that can compensate for different heights and materials, but the style of the base is the key to the shape of the tray.

Round Tray Adaptor
If you need to denest round trays, our drop-in adapter makes this easy.
Simply drop into place on either side of your magazine stack, and you are ready to go.
The magazine adapter gives you a better fix on the round parts of the trays, holding them firmly in place for the pick head to select.
Pair this with the A3 Type Pickhead, and you're good to go!
